We value our customers and strive to provide excellent service to make you confident with your purchase.

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days upon receipt of the product to receive a store credit (excludes shipping fees and the customer is responsible for return shipping/handling charges and a 20% restocking fee). 

 As an option, you may exchange unworn merchandise for a different item (subject to availability). The customer is responsible for shipping/handling fees and a 20% restocking fee.

How to return an item:   

Complete the return authorization form on the website to receive a RMA#.

Return Merchandise Authorizations

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for ALL returns. All returned products MUST be in the same condition that they were received and in the original packaging.  Please include your RMA# with the return, a copy of the invoice with the returned item marked, telephone number, e-mail address, and reason for the return.

Returns without the RMA# on the outside of the return package will be refused. Final approval of any return is based upon receipt and inspection of the product.

Ship your package via USPS First Class mail, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a tracking number for confirmation that your shipment has reached our returns department. We are not responsible for the loss and damage during the process of transport of the returned goods to FanC Armour.

Store Credit

A store credit will be issued for all returned merchandise (unless an exchange is requested) within 3 business days. The store credit will expire 6 months from the issue date.

Your refund will be processed as a store credit within 3 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise (excludes shipping fees and the customer is responsible for return shipping/handling charges and the 20% restocking fee). 

If an exchange was requested, the new item will be shipped in 2-3 business days (subject to availability).

Damaged/Incorrect Item(s)

We work hard to ensure the accuracy of your order. Despite our efforts, errors still may occur.


In case we inadvertently send a manufactured defective item, we need to be notified within 3 days upon receipt with the invoice number. The product must not be altered to be disguised as a manufactured defective item. 

If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e. – we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will replace/exchange the item (if available) or give store credit once the incorrect item has been returned.

 Missing Item(s)

Please, completely inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If any item is missing, leave the package and contents as is and contact us immediately so we may investigate further.

We require the original packaging for a possible claim that may be required through USPS, UPS, or Fedex.
